Haley was great. She made the entire process smooth and always kept me updated on the status of my car. The repairs are spotless and I really appreciate the work that was done. Service King is a place that I can trust and Haley played a big part in making my experience wonderful.

Overall, I was very pleased with how you treated me as a customer. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Jim, in particular, did a great job of reviewing my repair needs with me and keeping me posted on progress over email. The repairs look great!
One small suggestion for making your customer service even better...
Initially, the completion date was estimated to be Friday, December 2. All of Jim's updates suggested that repairs were on-schedule and going smoothly. However, I didn't hear anything from you on Thursday (12/****) or Friday (12/2). Even though, overall, I was very pleased with how you kept in touch with me, I would have appreciated a heads up that I would need to wait until Monday (12/5) to pick up my car. I learned of this development only by calling you on the morning of Saturday (12/3).
Thanks again for your great customer service. Overall, I was very pleased.
