He was kind enough to drive me back to my company after I dropped my vehicle off and when my car was completed, in record time I might add, he picked me up! Paul, on Tuesday, and Larry this morning, were awesome. The only difficulty centered around communication and with communication it centered around the timing of texts. On Friday morning I received a text that my vehicle would be ready on 6/24/2019 but at 6:06 PM EST, six minutes after Service King closed, I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Somewhat confusing but otherwise, our experience was awesome!!

I'm always apprehensive about car repair and hadn't needed collision work in a very long time. Insurance company directed me to Service King and it turned out to be a very good decision. From the early contacts to set up the appointment & explain the process, then meeting with my assigned rep, Chuck, receiving the updates and call that my vehicle was ready to come home, it was a very pleasant experience. And the workmanship was terrific. We weren't sure whether it would require new parts or be able to repair the existing & that decision was left up to Chuck. Decided to repair existing and the work turned out wonderful. Looks like the day it came out of the showroom. Everyone involved was extremely helpful & informative.
