Great in-person service in the lobby. Throughout the process, they provided me with text & email updates about the repairs. Upon completion, there is no sign that there was ever damage done to the vehicle. GREAT JOB!!

I liked how I was being updated at the beginning, but as the completion date got more and more delayed, the communications became last frequent. My car was fortunately completed the last day I had my rental, but I had to call in myself to see if I would be able to pick up my car that day.

Service engine light was on when I picked up the car. It was not on when car was dropped off. During the initial repair, a piece of the electric doorhandle was lost. Took another 3 days for them to diagnose and fix the problem.
