Upon picking up vehicle, was told that a call was given to my wife (who brought in the vehicle) saying that she declined all aftermarket parts to be installed on vehicle. She never received a call about accepting or declining aftermarket parts, and the gentleman who relayed this information said that he made the call himself and gave the OK to install all OEM parts. Upon further inspection, found that almost all parts that have been replaced are aftermarket pieces according to the estimate provided within the warranty pamphlet and can confirm they are aftermarket by the stickers and labels on the replaced pieces.
The bumper cover connection from cover to fender is completely unaligned and mid adjusted and can see rubbing and paint peeling areas from poor contact. The hood rattles from the latch being misadjusted as well.
I wish there was better communication as to what quality of parts that the vehicle was being replaced with, especially considering the collision was totally unavoidable and not at our fault.
If we could please schedule an appointment to resolve these issues at your convenience, I would greatly appreciate it.
