Your staff was super nice. They were friendly throughout the entire process. From the minute I first walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The tech walked me to my car and we looked over the damage together. He discussed what work he thought would need to be done. I pointed out some concerns I had. He listened to me and wrote those concerns down. I was made to feel valued as a customer. Your staff made sure I had a ride and offered me a cold drink on the hot day I left my car. Throughout the repair process I was updated on the progress of the repairs both by phone and text. I picked up my car today and was again welcomed by your staff. We went over what repairs had been done. The tech offered me a drink while I waited to have my car pulled around. He walked me out and we looked at the repairs. He explained that even if I found something wrong later, to call in and they would take care of me. I'm glad my insurance company sent me here. I had never heard of Service King before, and don't think I would have picked them on my own. I would recommend them to my friends in family in the future.
I only have a couple of suggestions...I might have missed them telling me, and I didn't see it on the paperwork. I found out that you could check the status of the repairs online. I found out when I called in to check one day and heard it when I was on hold. You might want to remind people that option is available. Maybe when you text them updates, remind them that they can look online at the progress. Also maybe text some pictures of the repairs during the process.

Our main complaint was that Service sling took 13 days over the original estimated completion date due to wrong parts ordered and a part coming in defective.They offered to help us pay for the extra days we were forced to keep the rental car but only ended up covering g 6 days and we were stuck with the additional 7. I have reached out to SK twice to address this concern a week ago a d have not received a follow up.
