I loved the constant email reminders that I received letting me know exactly how far in the process my car was. Everyone was great to talk to and extremely helpful. I hope to not get into anymore accidents but if I do, Service King will be where I go for repairs!

Had to do multiple followups to know when my car would be ready. Received no communication/call from Service King on the status of car. Picked my car and the repaired bumper of the car is dirty with great amount of dirt on it. Very disappointed.
