- The car was complete within 3 weeks (compared with a friend of mine who went to a body shop and it took him 3 and a half months)
- Nice people
If you ask me in the future where to put my car, you know what my answer would be.
If you can just make it three survey questions it would be better than one. Scale of five type of questions an an example.

This is the first accident claim I ever had to deal with. I was always told negative things about the process. I have to say my experience with Service King was excellent from the firs day to the last. I believe Julia helped us the first day and then Christina followed through daily with email updates and phone calls. Both ladies were exceptional in their customer service.
