There seems to be a flaw in your process. We brought our vehicle in for repair and unfortunately had to make a second trip to have a very simple clip installed. I beleive the repair itself was fantastic and the staff was professional and pleasant. The problem I see is that an estimate was written and a parts request was sent out and filled exception of a clip/retainer which was not caught by the parts clerk and the technician whom had to have realized the error when installing parts, and I would assume the quality control person. I recommend you focus on a simple process of insuring all parts are in or at least not confirming repair completed until all parts are accounted for and installed
