Service King did an excellent job with my 5k worth of repairs. Although there was a slight hiccup with the third party handling the payment to Service King, no fault to Service King, my car was repaired on time and looked exactly as it did when I took it off the lot a year and a half ago. My service advisor from Service King, Mike, was extremely pleasant to work with and always thorough and responsive to my questions.

I have never been in or had an accident but I can tell you it was an enjoyable experience. Everyone was more than polite. The work was done 3 days before the quote. I was kept in the loop of the whole process. Christine was great. I can't remember the gentleman who sits behind her but he was also great. It was very nice to go to one place for everything. As I said I've never been involved in an accident but I was dreading it until I went. Awesome job!!!
