There was a number of small things about this experience with Service Kings.
But I guess the most important one was the way my car was finished. Went to pick up my car (after me calling to check if it was ready, not them) and the job looked rushed. My paint job had bubbles and bumps. They divided to buff it out, that same day. I still wasn't satisfied. Notice a bunch of foot print on my floor matts and side door. Didn't even bother cleaning their mess after driving it...
I mean do they inspect the cars before they return them?? I'm still waiting on some racing stripes that they supposedly order to have them installed them on my car, but I haven't received any feedback and it's been 14+days.
Does it make a difference if this is an insurance job vs independent customer?
Almost regret my Insurance's recomendations. TRAVIS (my consultant) was a pretty good guy don't get me wrong. But Roger had lots to say and revocted a lot of things that Travis and I had talked and agreed about.

I am pretty picky with high standards. I expect as a given that an establishment will deliver at or above there requirements. In this case the repairs performed in my vehicle left me speechless. I was unable to find any flaws with my repairs. This is my second time having a car repair and I don't see myself changing repairs shops anytime in the future.
