There were a lot unnecessary messages made me confusing before I went there to pickup my car. I suggest one message for the car is in process and estimate when it will be done. When it is finished, text owner and call them mentions car is ready for picking up.
To me I haven’t received any calls from your service to let me know when my car is finished. Even I text many times, no reply.
For repair my bumper and clean up my car I give you 10. Great!

Manny was the rep that help took care of my car. Can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, have great knowledge and is such a pleasure to work with. I told him that I needed the car ASAP and he was able to have it fixed four days before the ETA. He also clearly explained any issues with fixing the car until it’s all repaired.
