When I went to pick up my car the front bumper had not been touch. Next day I was told they needed to redo it because the paints had a reaction. Next day I was disappointed in how the paint did not match. The top part was painted black. Not the right color!

I was told via text from the service manager, Manny, that my car would be ready on Thursday, July 19. Then I got a text saying it was on schedule to be done on time. Then another text arrived saying it would be ready by 5:40 on Friday, 7/20. I however never received a text or confirmation on Friday. I called Daturday morning, 7/21, and it took me several attempts to reach someone because there was only one person working. I was able to get my car on Saturday. I’m disappointed with the communication. Not the greatest experience.
