I appreciated the entire team's efforts to make the repairs quickly and my experience as painless as possible given the circumstances. Isaac in particular throughly explained the process before beginning and keep me informed via text and phone calls as the repairs proceeded. He dealt very graciously with my meltdown after receiving a text notifying me my car would be in the shoppe for fifteen days, a gross overstatement in the end. I also appreciated the team's coordination with Enterprise to obtain a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. This is the second time I have had repairs completed by Service King, and I have and will continue to recommend it to others needing to have their vehicles repaired.
