It took much longer than it was estimated to fix my car, after a very long process of getting it in there in the first place, though this was partly due to having to deal with the insurance company paying for it. The text alerts for repair status I got contradicted what we discussed on the phone.
Staff was very courteous and answered my questions patiently. It was mostly a positive experience but they could do a better job of estimating how long repairs take.

Edgar was awesome. He promptly responded with answers to every question and addressed all my concerns. He was consistently efficient with getting me all the information I needed and completely professional throughout.
My car came back beautifully repaired and before expected date. Edgar even had to wait for me passed the business hours because I was stuck in traffic and also because I needed the car back before I left town next week.
