The over all service was excellent we were very pleased . I have to say the customer service and the professionalism with excellent as well . The updates were very detailed and timely . Service King called us to make an appointment we dropped the car off. They updated us on the service and let us know when we can come pick it up . We looked at the car to inspect the repairs we were very pleased and satisfied with the work. We reviewed the cost estimate and the cost . We paid the deductible, we left with instructions and papers and we were back on the road again . I have to share that service king did an excellent job through the entire process and I would gladly and highly recommend Service King to family, friends and anyone who requested information .
