Your team was excellent! Chris was my point of contact out of the Service King shop in Cleveland and was amazing! He went above and beyond to keep me updated through the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired. The day I called to set my appointment up he did everything he could to make sure I was taken car of! He scheduled the rental car drop of he sent me the text message updates as well as called me through every step so I knew exactly what was going on. Once my vehicle was complete he went over all repairs in detail with me which I really appreciated! Over all it was the best service I have ever received when dealing with my car and getting repairs!
