I had accidentally gotten the dates mixed for the first appointment I had . But when it was rescheduled I knew they were busy. However the people I came into contact with were all very polite and pleasant to speak to. The only thing is I was told I'd get email confirmation for the appointment since the first time around I must have misheard and never got an email. But I did get the date right and it is done and fixed! Thanks!
