Friendly staff and good communication.

The process did not seem as efficient as when I had my truck repaired by Sterling Auto body. Truck was completed late. I can't remember what the advisers name was, Rick or Rich, but he was great and tried to make up for the lack of communication on the behalf of the other advisor and it being done late. I had to call, instead of being called, on the progress of my truck. Rick or Rich went above and beyond to help. An email saying my truck is happy and will be done soon is not keeping me updated. A scratch was missed on the hood that I pointed out when I went over everything else on the truck with the first advisor. At this point, it's no big deal because I can't be without my vehicle again for a while in order to get it fixed. If it wasn't for Rick or Rich, than I would have been very upset.

Staff was wonderful, car is great and repairs were done quickly. Thanks

My car was almost certainly going to be totaled, which would have been devastating for me at this time. Floyd worked so hard to find all the parts at a low enough price to fix it and I couldn't be more appreciative. When he had to pass the project along to Alan, they never skipped a beat. I was always informed and constantly updated on what was happening. To be honest, I haven't been to a shop that was more inviting and friendly. I felt like they took personal interest in making sure I was able to get that car back and as a nurse and a soldier, that car (as worthless as it may appear) is my lifeline.
