As I explained to the people at the store, they made a truly unfortunate situation almost pleasant. Everyone was super nice and willing to help in any way they could, going above and beyond as needed. Their time estimate was spot on and I was back in my car right on time. I would highly recommend them in the future.
(Side note: when I was dropping off my car, a man I assume was a manager was grilling different employees in an office that was open to the lobby area. He appeared to be highly demanding and gruff, bordering on rude and mean. None of the employees complained and everyone was respectful, but I was so thankful that this individual was not my boss. I felt really bad for the employees he was talking to while in full view and earshot of all the customers in the lobby.)
