My contact person, Jay Byers, was always very professionsl and willing to let me vent. However, when I was scheduled to bring my car in for repairs, I was contacted the NIGHT begore that they weren't ready and it would be delayed. Once it was taken in,I was told my car would be ready on 10/05/18, then told 10/16, then finally I had to call for another "realistic" update. Finally received it on 10/19 at 5 pm. Not happy that I paid additional money for a back bumper part only to have another section left rusted. It looks bad. Finally frustrated, I told Jay that I would go somewhere else for the remaining repairs. I won't be recommending your company because I could not rely on when repairs would be completed.

The rep that I have was Scott, he done a wonderful job working with me and the car. The problem is when I went to pick up the car it had to big dents in the driver side door, which made me feel like my car was not important to your business. But I will say that Scott made me feel better as he said ( I really apologize that this happened and I will make sure it is taken care of) so because of him I will only work with him in the future, if I decide to use your company again.
