The tailgate doesn't open, part of the scratches were not painted, there was trash in the bed, and a plastic piece for the driver's seat was not put back in place. So, I had to come back the day after Thanksgiving to get these repaired.

We were not kept informed of what was to be repaired on the car. I was told I would receive a call Monday or Tuesday. I had to call the shop on Thursday. I was told they had already spoken to me. I never spoke to anyone until I called myself. When we picked the car up, we had to ask what they did to the car. The work seems to be ok, but we just picked up the car last night. My only complaint is the lack of communication.

I had an outstanding experience with Service king Colleyville. One of the most impressive features was the level of communications provided through the entire time you had my vehicle. The attention to customer service shown starting with Ashley when you walk in the door to Austin the representative in charge of my vehicle was excellent.
