The Service King on Ruff Snow was terrible, the worst. The SK on NE Parkway was the best, a pleasure to deal with. Doug was very indepth and knowledgeable. I went to Ruff Snow for the quote and NE Parkway for the repair. Ruff Snow I rate 0 and NE Parkway a 10.
