The experience was wonderful. Tina was always giving me updates on the repairs. She was kind and courteous but I did notice that there is something that was not fixed inside the car. There is a panel on the right side beside the rear view window. I pushed it in but it still pops out a little. It noticeable if you are standing behind the car. That was overlooked. Thank you so much Tina.

The respresentative who helped me was very polite. I think he tried the hardest he could to give me excellent customer service so next time (God forbid) anything happends to my car, i will definitely choose Service King again. Repair was not done to my satisfaction. Had driver side door repaired and it is not aligned properly. The window now makes a noise it didn't make before it was in for repair. The window also isn't aligned properly and water can seep into my car. Will be contacting.

With one being 100% satisfied I will say I was 120% satisfied do to Service Kings notification, customer service from start to finish relating to my repair along with their handling of the paperwork including the rental car set up that normally one would've had to endure and it could have been a headache for one to handle. Yet they took the headache out of that stressed situation that we all go through when we have an accident and made me feel at ease over the already stressful situation I was having. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again should I ever have to, but I hope I never have to due to the type of service their in. Respestfully submitted, Jack Berning.
