No need to contact me. It's to early to tell if the repair was done right. In a yes no question of "completely" satisfied that's all or nothing. Well it wasn't all. Little things were not quite right. This automated update texting was often misinformation. I learned quickly to ignordre the status. The repairs were sent to another shop (midas). If not for the inconvenience of forced towing by police to impound and insurance paying we could have towed to a muffler shop in our home town. No reply to my email after sending signed forms. Left me in the dark unsure if forms were received. Otherwise, your service guys and customer service reps were super polite and respectful, and for that I'm 100+% satisfied. Car looks nice and cleaned up outside - completely satisfied with that. Easy pick up and offering appearance allowance to counter deductible was unexpected and appreciated and I'm 100% satisfied with that. So except for nit-picking I am satisfied just not competely- I'd say at least 90% ;)

I love the texts! It made me feel inclusive in the repair. I also loved my rental (lol) and that you guys were so accommodating when I said I was unable to pick up a certain day.
