This situation was an experience I have lamented since deciding to allow Service King to repair my vehicle. It took 2 weeks to get my vehicle into the facility, the confirmation email stated the wrong person (which I didn't find out till the morning I dropped the vehicle off) I was scheduled to meet with. The gentleman at the front counter was rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Dropping the vehicle off took over an hour. After requesting to be called (rather than their preferred method of text) I was sent an immediate "text" message, completely disregarding my request. Phil my Service King contact attached to my vehicle was knowledgeable, a liar, and provided every excuse necessary to cover up his mistakes. After being told OEM parts would be used upon drop off, I was told several days later they were using refurbished components and yet charging my insurance company 800 over the initial estimate. After getting a quote for vehicle completion of 10-12 days, my vehicle was miraculously completed in 3 days???? Okay. Great. But after finding out they used refurbished components, I contacted my insurance company to express my discontent. 6 phones calls were made to Allstate (one every 3 days) over the course of three weeks, all of which unreturned with no assistance for resolution from Service King either. 2 ****/2 weeks after the blatant violation of my request, Allstate contacted Service King (Phil and the Manager) to gain further clarification. In a very indicative example of Service King's poor customer relations, miserable character, and obvious misplaced business ethics, grossly lied to Allstate regarding their communication with me. As a result, I am picking up a tab for a rental car that was not needed, paying a full deductible for subpar work, and wasted many hours, days, and weeks with both Service King and Allstate avoiding any and all accountability. Conclusion: Both Allstate and Sevice King know nothing of customer service, integrity, morals or values, and will not be apart of any future business from myself and anyone that believes in being treated with respect, honesty, and appreciation.
