Both Julian and Phil were awesome...with both of our cars. They were both professional and friendly. Our only disappointment was with enterprise rental cars as they were very under staffed. While the gentleman was very good, he was also forced to make customers wait way too long to receive a rental car. I waited an hour and a half to get a car. This is unacceptable.
