Worst service ever! Where do I begin.... I got into a fender bender accident and my insurance which is Allstate sent me here. When I dropped my car off which was a Friday to get fixed i was told I would get a call letting me know what the estimate was and then text messages letting me know the status of my car, I gave the receptionist my cell phone number and another number just incase they couldn't get a hold of me. I never received a call or a text so Tuesday I called to see if it was even looked at yet and one of the Guys there said yes it was in painting it would be ready tomorrow, he claimed to have called me and text me on a number that I haven't had in over 10 years then I asked him if he really did call that number because it is disconnected and he said he did but didn't remember what it said? What ever that means then later confessed he never did call at all! So I said that was fine and gave them my cell phone number. I got a call the next day stating my car was ready. When I got there I got my car and left I got home which is ****/2 hour away I got out of my car and tried to lock my door and realized my door wouldn't lock so I tried my automatic starter and that didn't work either I called them and they told me to bring it back so they could look at it. Which was such an inconvenience for me considering I had a doctors appointment I had to cancel! Then when I got there they took my car in the back and after 40 min. of sitting in the waiting room I asked the girl at front desk if she can go see how much longer it will be and she's told me I don't know, I don't work here I'm just filling in I replied okay can you go in the back and check and she rolled her eyes at me, I asked her is that a problem if it is can you call the manager then she said no it isn't but I don't appreciate your attitude I'm like is there a manager I can talk to since to such a problem and she went to check. I don't understand how she can say she doesn't work there?! I assumed if she was behind the desk she is apart of there team apparently not. Then after all of that they told me they don't know how to fix it and they can't and told me I had to take it back to where I got it installed!
