Franz and the staff at the 111th St., Naperville location were amazing. My car suffered hail damage in a storm. It took longer than expected costing me more in rental car fees, which was at first frustrating. Franz never waive red in how courteous, understanding, and attentive he was to me. He was exemplary in his customer service! He is a great role-model for how it should be. I only wish millions more could see how it’s done well by learning from his great example. My car is beautiful now...I swear what they did was no short of a miracle. It really is amazing and we’ll worth the extra time.

Car parts should be ordered directly from dealer to not delay completion of car. Had 2 push back dates. Due to this rental wasn’t covered anymore, had to pay out of pocket. Still waiting to hear from Service log for rental refund.
