I was satisfied with the work that was done to our vehicle. However, I had requested a specific technician that had worked on our vehicles in the past only to find out that he no longer worked at the Naperville location. No one told us that he didn't work there which would have allowed us the option of keeping our vehicle there to complete the work. This is something that should be considered. Thank you.
