Repair estimated to take 2 weeks and then became almost 5 weeks to complete. I had to insist on finishing repair in 4 ****/2 weeks by calling and texting frequently.
I do not think texting is a good way to notify customers as it came once a week for me with no feedback. I had a rental car so timely repair completion was important. On day when car was to be finished, I initiated contact first by text at 8:15am with no reply by 2:00pm when I called. Car was not ready on day promised! I incurred more rental car fees. Repair looked adequate but some scratches at door bottom "that will buff out if you bring it back". I would not use nor recommend SK as a result of excessive time to repair and no updates by phone only weekly general texts.

Fantastic experience in regards to the staff and repairs. They were Professional and went above/beyond my expectations from the front desk, to the service advisor Anthony, to the GM (name? Sorry) Wasn't expecting to find that my truck had been washed inside and out. Very nice touch. The only feed back I have is a few too many updates via text message. I received close to 2 to 3 per day stating completion on the 16th but on the 16th I had to call to see if it was complete. With that said I did opt for a certain level of updates but I don't recall what I selected. Thank you and I will absolutely be recommending friends and family based on this experience.
