The scheduling process is crap. Called several times, couldn't get an answer, when I finally did get an answer, I had to tell her all the information that was already in your computer from my estimate, then after all that, she entered the date of my repair incorrectly. Why couldn't I just have had the guy that did my estimate make the appointment? BUT I couldn't be happier with the repair, the workmanship and the service. It was the national scheduling that was just crap.
