He explained our options regarding replacement parts and what would be involved in the repair. From the time we brought our vehicle in until the time it was completed repaired was less than one week! The staff were friendly and helpful.They showed that they care about my truck.They make sure everything was explained to me and ask me if I had any questions to feel comfortable asking them.The guy that fix my truck was very friendly and promise me to have my truck ready as soon as possible..They lady that explain to me the process on how they were going to fix my truck even help me transfer my items from my truck to the rental car..no complaints from my part....Two thumbs up. ..
