The repairs were done very well, but the communications from SV were messed up. I had asked to be updated by e-mail or phone, did not even give my cell phone #, yet I heard nothing for a week, supposedly because I was sent text updates. The front desk service was great, prompt, professional, & friendly.

In addition to my delight, I was kept abreast via text of each major milestone leading to the magnificent repair of my car.
