I left the facility only to get home and realize that my back tail lights were not installed. I had to go to an auto store and buy a complete set myself. I wasn't able to return to service king as I needed to head out of town.

Jeff was extraordinarily helpful, very professional, and friendly.
He took care of my car and delivered it back before the promised date. I cannot appreciate enough that he went extra mile, he waited for me to pick up my car almost an hour after the facility was closed. He even saved me a trip to the rental car place. I could drop the rental car with him. He also educated me about the procedures done to repair my car. Me, my husband, and my dad are very satisfied with the service.

Andrew didn't paint my car purple so that's a plus. My rental almost got towed bc of Expired plates so that was a thrill too! I'm filled with nothing but positive thoughts. My car sits hella flush and the paint! What a good job! I can eat cereal from the fish eyes on my hood. What a added benefit!
