****. Replacement bumper was not aligned properly there is a gap between the quarter panel & bumper. Also white is showing where black paint should be.

Repairs were never completed and at our choice, the vehicle was removed to another repair facility. The estimate of damages was well understated in our opinion, given that the center to which the vehicle was taken found several thousand dollars of additional necessary repairs to fully restore the vehicle to proper operating condition. Those repairs are not yet underway and the facility is currently negotiating with the responsible party's insurance carrier regarding possible completion of repairs and/or whether the vehicle should be totaled given the extent of damage. We don't necessarily have any complaint with Service King and readers of these comments should know that we have previously had other cars repaired at the subject location with satisfactory results.
