This was a pain from the moment I dropped the car off. Allstate was as much of a problem as Service King was. The fact that Service King lied to Allstate about information they did not request from me did not help matters. When Service King could not find the replacement running boards for my Jeep they picked out running boards and I was not made aware of any of this until I picked my car up. So your people decided on custom parts for my vehicle without consulting me. Then they threw Allstate under the bus and told me that Allstate had told them something completely different than what I was told. The outright lying and covering their butts put me as a customer in a horrible position.

The leather on the inside of my car was dirty, extra scratches/marks were found on the outside of the car, the clear protection cover has a bubble in it and my truck mat is missing. I had to clean the inside and outside of my car to get the dirty off the leather and try to get marks and yellow tape off the outside of my car. Now i have to call to see if they have my trunk mat or need to order me a new one. I had a better experience the first time I brought my car here. Now it seems like an inconvenience.
