I was told that my car would be ready on three different dates. I told them that I was coming to pick up my car then I was told that they would not release it to me, I told them that the car was painted 6 days ago and I was asked if I have worked on cars before and he told me that my insurance company can't tell me when my car will be ready. I received a call on 6-6-19 and I was told that my car was ready to be picked up 15 minutes before closing time.Why would they wait to call me near closing time.I don't like the treatment that I received at service king

My car came back not running and instead of letting me know beforehand or when you all found out about it you casually told me as if it wasn’t a problem. My car is also unfinished I'm still waiting on wheel covers. The customer service was horrible and I’m extremely disappointed in the way you all handled this situation.

The first shop, Alsip IL, waited 8 days before deciding they couldn’t do the work and had to have the vehicle towed to a different shop (Blue Island). They also incorrectly claimed they needed Allstate to see the vehicle before beginning work. As a preferred shop for Allstate, that’s not true according to Allstate. The point of being ‘preferred’ is to expedite repairs and not have to wait for an adjuster. This caused extreme delay in repairs and what amounted to a $2000 repair (mainly the cost of my aftermarket parts that had to be ordered from multiple suppliers) took almost **** month to complete. The total repair time was estimated at 7 days. Add on 7 days at worst for parts shipping and this should’ve been done in two weeks or less. Vehicle was dropped at Alsip on 4/**** and was finally completed by Blue Island 4/26. As for Blue Island, they did do a fantastic job and I’m very satisfied with the repair work and the customer service I received from them, especially the two managers. Mario and another gentleman.
