I have never had such exceptional service, quality work, and delivery for any auto issues before! Roemel is such a responsive and proactive representative; without having been immediately in Service King's system he took the necessary steps to set me up to save me extra trip back. I was there, so he did what he needed to get everything started. He explained all the documents I was to sign and the finished car looks like brand new!!
