Roamel was fantastic!! He went over every detail and took great care of me and my SUV after getting hit. I decided to opt into the text message alerts! Very glad I did! I can't thank service King enough and especially Roamel! My fiancé and I had some great laughs where filling out the paperwork! Really helps with the stres of it all!
