I must say the customer service was excellent from the very 1st min. Every one of your employees were so eager to help. But **** in particular James he was phenomenal, he kept me informed on every step outside of the great text messages you send. I will also like to add the detailing of my car was outstanding. It really made me feel as if my car was brand new all over again.

Only issue I had was getting information about the car after we brought it in for repairs. We were supposed to get a call about completion date and any extra costs, which were not our responsibility but still important. Our car was fixed sooner than what we were told so that was wonderful.

I appreciate the progress updates you sent during the repair process. It,s nice and comforting to know how things are going and when. Chris made it all a smooth and seamless process. The repairs look great, as if the accident or damage never happened. Chris said the paint color may not be an exact match due environmental aging affects, but the color looks to me like exact match or his team did an excellent blending. Completion date was projected to be the 15th, but was done by the 4th. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative.
