Service King was a great experience after a traumatic day. They quickly explained what was going to take place to repair the vehicle and followed through on every step. My representative was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was always in touch and took every call personally. Customer service is an art form that this company has perfected!My vehicle now looks better than it did the day I purchased it! A week later I somehow picked up a nail in my tire and while they were 5 minutes from closing for the holiday weekend they went ahead and fixed it free of charge! Who else goes out of their way for customers like that? Service King does, and that’s why they are hands down the best in the city!!

The car looks good and got done earlier than they said I was concerned it was a little dust left in the car afterwards it but the guy wiped up but there still dust on a lot of the louvers and things in the car I think it could’ve been cleaned a little better afterwards

Another shout out to Shaeen Washington for exceeding my expectations! I thought my car was ready for pick up, but upon inspection we discovered damage missed. Shaeem pretty much did everything to get my car back in the shop! Even after running into a small snag with the rental Shaeem showed up, addressed the situation and saved me from needing to spend my own money. He went out his way to make me feel like family.
