I thought the people I spoke with was professional. My dissatisfaction is the repair to my hatchback door. Perhaps at 52 yrs old my eye sight is better than those who took the indent out of the hatchback door. It might appear to be small and other might say its too small to complain about. But I've notice that point of edge on the right side is different from the left side. No need to contact me becuz at this point I don't won't to discuss it and then behind my back you and the office talk about how Im nick picking. I expected it not to be noticeable to the eye. But at 52 and needing reading glasses to see. Im sure a younger person would have notice that issue.

As I said I am confused at how 2 windows worked fine after the accident, then after the fix neither worked. But I am told the accident and work done on the car had nothing to do with the one. Makes no sense.
