Great job

I am very pleased with the service I received at Service King. From my initial contact, the communication with your business was efficient and friendly. My service advisor, Roamel Shackelford was informative and pleasant during the damage estimate process and followed thru keeping me aware of the repair stage and when I could expect the job to be completed. I was satisfied in every way with the service I received and my car looks really good. I would recommend Service King.

Bird was in charge of repairing my Jeep. He did a fantastic job. I could tell he has a passion for what he does and pays attention to details. He knew his stuff. The repair took a while longer then expected, but he was great at updating me on the progress. Very satisfied with the work he performed.

Ramel was very personable and was a great communicator throughout the process. I would recommend this service king to others.

The vehicle is not repaired. Advised John that the car radio and dash lights turn off and the back up camera did not work all of the time after my accident. John said he checked and that they were working fine. Unfortunatley that is not the case. The car is dangerous to drive in this condition. I Called John today and left John a voice mail today at 3:30 pm central time. Its now 6pm and he still has not returned my call.

I am very unhappy with the overall experience. The repairs took longer than promised. The estimated competition date was December 22. On Tuesday December 26 I finally received a text message stating that my car is finished and ready to go home. Few minutes later I received a phone call from Service King and Dyllon Goyette confirmed that my car is done. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed immediately that the repairs on my car were not finished. How this could be overlooked by your employees is unknown to me. Dyllon apologized and promised to me and my husband that the car would be ready in two days for sure. But two days later the car was not finished. I finally picked up my car on Saturday December 30. This was 8 days later than the estimated date of completion. The employee that was there assisting me with the pick up was unorganized. He could not find my car keys and while he was looking he was asking questions like “are you sure that your car is being repaired here”. Me and my husband did not find this funny but concerning. To end this unpleasant experience I also discovered that somebody from Service King stole a new snow cleaning brush from my car. It was gift from my husband and it made me even more upset about this whole experience.

Everyone from when you walk in until your vehicle is finished is more than pleasant and accommodating! Always quality work without a complaint or issue! Would recommend Service King to all!

Car was completed timely and looks great. I heard from the shop every day on the status of the car. It was a surprisingly easy process. I would recommend your service to anyone that needs their car repaired.
