No need to contact. Just took way to long. Was told multiple times it was going to paint and it continued to be delayed to work on another vehicle. They had mine from 12-22-16 until ****-11-17. No big deal but I was told at least 4-5 times it was going to paint and would be ready in a few days.

I think there is an issue with the front sensors, they have come on without the car being close to anything. I also dont think the hood is straight, the tech said it is "as close as it can be", but it looks croocked, to me. I'll provide more feedback after i drive it for a day. Jennifer was awesome.

They lost my paper work and I had to wait longer than necessary. And the work on the car is questionable, I am going to have to bring it back and be out of a car again for who knows how long. Friendly employees just not happy with the work or the lack of follow up with the insurance company to see what was taking so long, I ended up having to find the problem and get the **** rolling and let service King know.
