Truck bed cover was put on out of alignment leaked water inside the enclosed bed. Gloves shop rag tape and shop dust was left inside bed. Our bag left inside the bed by accident was left in the bed. Instead of taking bag out bag and putting in the cab it was left in bed has shop dust inside and outside the bag. Rails for bed cover were installed wrong.

My car is less than a year old and was in perfect condition.
After the repairs:
-The door surfaces now have scratches all over the black columns.
(this area was not impacted by the damage)
- Plastic on the dashboard now has swirl scratches
- Tape used to mask the painting was still on my roof
- The replaced window has a small blemish in the glass and the glue was not cleaned up completely.

We had a terrific experience with Service King. Our service advisor Skip (Watson) was great. He was very courteous and knowledgable and kept both me and my son informed on the progress of my son's car repair. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to do with the repair. The car came in to service King a mangled mess and they made it look brand new again within two weeks! The accident was a horrible experience for us but everything ended well with Service King's help. The hours are very convenient - we were able to pick up the car at 7:30 am before work. Everyone we've dealt with was super nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with Service King!
