I am extremely happy with my service provided from you guys here at Service King! Luis **** was extremely helpful from the minute I walked into the front door. He greeted me with a friendly smile and answered every question I had along the way. He was very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed (details, questions answered, rental, etc.) My experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Also a big thank you to John M. who was also extremely friendly and kept me constantly updated with the status of my car. Upon pickup the young lady was also very kind. I have never had such a great experience from a car service place like I had here.

The accident happened on a Saturday and I received a call from them first thing the following Monday. I was able to bring it in immediately. John Morrroni was great to work with. They set up the rental on site and I really appreciated the daily updates. The workmanship was flawless. Overall they they helped take the sting out of the trauma associated with an auto accident. I am great full for their professionalism and care.
