After almost a month and a half in the shop, my car is not completely fixed. The front grill was not screwed back down. I did not discover it until I left. My right front wheel well was not repaired. My wheel that was damaged in the accident was rebalanced but it is still all scratched up. It should have been replaced since they could not fix it.

The best part of my experience was the outstanding customer service I got from Mellisa Renteria. She kept me apprised through the whole process, was always helpful and went out of her way to help get my car finished as soon as possible. She is the definition of "Service" in Service King and why I would go back if I ever need service. I should also acknowledge the quality of the work was outstanding and the techs were flexible with me on what I wanted. Overall an A all the way around. This Service King is very well managed.
