The repairs done by service king look immaculate. Alfredo Ramos was professional and empathetic to my situation;however, there was another employee (name I will withhold) who did not exhibit the professionalism that service king obviously garners. It was an inconvenience that caused me some momentary anxiety but I'm sure the mistake was corrected by management and other staff, that employee's demeanor became more hospitable, which is why I'm not naming the individual. I would recommend service king to friends and family members.
