Upon my arrival at Service King, I was met by Kevin,Who instantly put me at ease about my car having been damaged. He then assured me that everything would be like brand new when they were done with it. Kevin very professional all the way thru the process.Make a long story short the work was excellent. I was very frustrated about being side swiped in the middle of the night and waking up to seeing the damage to my SUV. Allstate customer service and Service king made this whole experience much better. I was treated with respect, concern, and kindness from both services. Kevin from service king was great...I was very happy to see that they not only made my car look new but washed and detailed cleaned the car.
