This is the second time with 8 months tha you guys have service the same car. You do excellent work and long as I have a car I know that I am in good hands with Service King.

I consider Service King to be the absolute best at what they do. The employees in the Southwest Philly location went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired quickly and correct. They did not fully do the repairs and I have to report it to the insurance company who send an adjuster to take a look at the damage and agreed that the damage was caused by the accident. Service king did see the damage but decided that the damage was not accident related. I believe any good business owners would have at least get in touch with me to let me know & if I would be willing to pay for it or even talk to the insurance company & see what they say. If you went to the doctor for one thing & he or she find something else it will be his/ her professional obligation to let you know & service king did not.

I was not informed of the problems with my vehicle claim in a timely manner. This caused the repair process to be elongated. The staff were not very friendly or courteous. The only saving grace was the exceptional repairs they made to my vehicle.
